EXHIBITORS - PLEASE NOTE

Entry Fee $2-00 unless otherwise stated
Indemnity form must be read and signed by competitors before competing - a red wrist band to be worn, & visible. Competitors must purchase coloured ‘class’ tickets in the centre of the ring - complete & present to Ring Steward at commencement of class.
All trucks and horse-floats to use truck entrance, north of main gate & park in the designated truck parking area behind Secretary’s Office. The ring events will be in the hands of the Chief Ring Steward. Any changes necessary to program will be conferred by a meeting of Chief Ring Steward, Stewards & Judges. Their decision will be final. Application for camping space must be made prior to show. A fee of $5 per day for powered site & $3 per day for unpowered site. Weekly camping available before & after show.
The Kyogle PA & H Society or its members will not under any circumstances be responsible for any loss, injury or mis-delivery of horses. Competitors compete at their own risk. Horses will be measured in event of dispute.
9. District Events are limited to exhibits owned within the North CoastAgricultural Societies association Group 1 area for a period of 3 months.
10. Prizemoney will not be posted - to be collected on show day from Secretary’s Office.
After winning Champion Hack, Galloway or Pony competitors are NOT eligible to compete in the second ring. All competitors under the age of 18 years are to wear approved safety helmet.
All winning horses and riders must be paraded in the Grand Parade to be eligible to collect prizemoney. A ticket will be issued to each exhibitor when entering the ring for the parade - this ticket can then be exchanged at Show Office for prizemoney - and competitor is then entered in the draw for a Grand Parade Prize.
